1. Introduction & Definitions

App Bet (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "App Bet") is an online Sports Betting platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the App Bet website and its associated services.

By creating an account or using any service on App Bet, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you object to any of these terms, please refrain from using App Bet.

Key Definitions

• "Member" — Any individual who has registered on App Bet and holds an active account.
• "Bet" — Placing money on any sports event at App Bet to predict the outcome.
• "Odds" — A fixed amount wagered based on the probability of a specific outcome.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition specifying how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

2. Eligibility & Registration

The following eligibility criteria must be met to register and use App Bet's services. Failure to comply with these conditions entitles App Bet to terminate the account at any time.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use App Bet. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. App Bet may request proof of identity at any time to verify age.

Registration Terms

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.
• Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, but operating more than one account from the same device or IP address is not permitted.
• App Bet reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application.

3. Account Management

Once you have successfully registered on App Bet, a personal account is created for you. You are solely responsible for the security and use of that account.

Login & Password Security

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Never share your password with anyone — App Bet staff will never ask for your password.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify support.
• You are solely responsible for any bets placed by others using your account.

KYC Verification

App Bet follows KYC procedures in line with international standards. The following documents may be requested for large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• BKash/Nagad Account Verification
• Recent Photo (Selfie or Video Call)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

App Bet supports transactions via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. All transaction rules are detailed below.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500.
• Maximum deposit: BDT 50,000 per day (higher limits may apply for VIP members).
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a bKash/Nagad/Rocket number registered in your own name only.
• Funds sent from a third-party number will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Payouts for standard members are processed within 24 hours.
• Payouts for High Roller and VIP members are processed within 6 hours.
• If there are any active bets on your account at the time of withdrawal, the payout will be processed once those bets are settled.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5. Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on App Bet. These rules apply across all sports categories.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be automatically voided and stakes refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, App Bet reserves the right to void that bet.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment of confirmation are final.

Betting Limits

• The minimum bet amount per wager is ৳20 BDT.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport and match.
• App Bet reserves the right to adjust any member's betting limits, temporarily or permanently.

Match Fixing & Fraud

Any member who is aware of or involved in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity must report it to App Bet immediately. Bets placed by taking advantage of match fixing will be voided and the account will be permanently closed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

App Bet regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be reviewed before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 10x–20x.
• The wagering completion period is generally 30 days.
• Bonuses will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified period.

Reload & Other Bonuses

• Weekly reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards each carry their own separate terms and conditions.

• A member may not claim the same bonus more than once.

7. Responsible Betting

App Bet believes betting is a form of entertainment and should never become a problem. With that in mind, we offer a range of responsible betting tools.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet amount for yourself.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 7 days and 6 months.
• Permanent Closure: You may request permanent closure of your account at any time.

8. Privacy & Security

• Member information is never sold or shared with any third party.
• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Payment information is stored on a separate, secure server.
• Information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities when required by law.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on App Bet. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Using another person's account, or selling or transferring your account.
• Attempting to manipulate odds or the betting system using software or bots.
• Using App Bet for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to hack App Bet's systems or exploit any security vulnerabilities.
• Harassing or threatening other members or App Bet staff.
• Attempting to complete KYC using false identities or fraudulent documents.

10. Account Closure

Either App Bet or the member may close the account at any time.

Closed by Member

• You can request account closure at any time by emailing support@appbet.biz.
• All active bets must be settled and any pending withdrawals completed before the account is closed.
• Self-exclusion can also be used to temporarily or permanently deactivate your account.

Closed by App Bet

• In the event of a terms violation, App Bet reserves the right to close your account without prior notice.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be temporarily suspended.
• If an account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, the remaining balance will be refunded.

11. Limitation of Liability

App Bet will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets missed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• In the event of errors in third-party data feeds or result information.
• Loss of account credentials due to the member's own negligence.
• In the event of force majeure — such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions — services may be suspended.

App Bet always strives to maintain the highest standards of service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

App Bet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and members will be notified by email for significant updates.
